High Country Heating is a third generation, family-owned and operated business dedicated to
providing exceptional HVAC services to the Wood River Valley. With decades of experience in

business. In 1988, Rick Maxwell, his father Wayne and brother Jeff became partners and
started up Maxwell Heat. When Wayne retired in 1997, Rick opened up High Country Heating.
Rick’s two sons, Rick Jr. and David, later joined their father in the business and are now owners
of High Country Heating. As a small town, family-oriented company, we take pride in treating
each customer as family, offering personalized service, expert advice, and solutions that meet
